China Valmax announced that it has launched a new JS330 spring pressure relief valve applying in pressure tank cars. The new kind of valve has been pressure and flow certificated by a AAR approved engineering test facility. 

 

The JS330 is a member of the of EPRV series that authorized patent which can strictly meet the performance specifications and regulatory requirements. It is tailored to applying in the transport of pressurized commodities. A patent would be certificated to the products.

 

China Valmax has applied to the Association of American Railroads for an application number and service trial approval. The service trial will be started in late 2013 and finished in the following two years. 

 

The JS330 will has three ratings: 225PSI, 247PSI, 280PSI and 330PSI ratings. Except for applying in new tanks, it can also be fit for repair markets. The company expects it can offer 1,500 to 2,500 tank cars annually.

 

Given that China Valmax has a competitive market in global, it will continue to design and develop new products launching in the market. But it will also face to get approvals from the AAR for lengthy service trials and applications.
