ISIS Exported Oil from Ujil Oilfield in Iraq

An Iraqi official introduced that ISIS (Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant) having controlled most of areas in Iraq began to export oil from an oilfield named Ujil in northern of Iraq to supply funds to its military operations.
 
Uijil oilfield is located at Saladin Province in the north of Iraq. Abdul, local police chief said that ISIS began to load 100 oil tank trucks at oilfield at third night. Those oil will be sold to private oil refineries from Kurdish Region of Iraq. The price of oil is between 12 thousand USD per barrel and 14 thousand USD barrel. ISIS will utilize oil income to subsidize its military operation.
 
Daily oil production of Uijil oilfield is about 20 thousand barrels. The oil is close to Kirkuk having affluent oil reserves. Kurdish Region is always seeking for bringing Kirkuk Province and part of Saladin Province into its domination area. Last month, Kurdish militias captured Kirkuk taking advantage of the disorder. Balzani, the chairman of Kurdish Region showed that Kurdish militias would never withdraw from Kirkuk.
 
On 4th, Syrian Observatory of Human Rights said that ISIS had controlled main oilfields in Syria. Those oilfields are located at Dayr az Zawr Province in Syria which is close to Iraq. The organization considered that the Syrian opposition forces fighting against ISIS had withdrawn from the area so that ISIS could control the oilfields.
