KITZ Group has aligned itself with GIVA Group for business purpose. The business cooperation contract was signed by the CEOs of both companies in the KITZ Nagasaka Plant in Yamanashi, Japan.

KITZ Group, whose headquarter is in Japan, is a cosmopolitan company specialized in manufacturing operating valves. It was composed of 33 companies which are the major suppliers of products and sellers of both commercial and industrial valves.

GIVA Group, whose headquarter is in Milan (Italy), is a large manufacturer of rolled rings and shells on a global scale, wholly owned 14 companies to provide productions and sales of both cast steel valves and forged steel valves, together with RMT, manufacturer of trunnion mounted ball valves, and DVG, manufacturer of industrial actuators.

KITZ Group and GIVA Group consented to complement each other with production in the industrial valve business. With the increasing awareness of the Oil and Gas market in industrial valves business, they are targeting the Oil and Gas market and supplying products in package for projects. The companies plan to provide GIVA products to the down-stream market, the main business area of the KITZ Group, and KITZ products to mid to up-stream market, the main business area of the GIVA Group.

By leaguing together, they are confident in pushing their business to next level and better serving their business partners and customers, along with future expansion of business opportunities. They deemed that they are sure to be enhanced in each business area and enlarge their business with this league.
