China is facing with the industrialization. The development of power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry and other industries promotes valve industry to develop at a high speed indirectly.
China’s valve market has closed to maturity. Compared with other industries, valve industry has a higher development. However, output distribution of valves in China is unbalanced. Zhejiang had the highest output. Output in March 2014 reached to 240,506.75 tons, increased by 10.3% on year-on-year basis, while Chongqing had the lowest output. Output in March was only 11,809.5 tons, raised by 1.89% on year-on-year basis, which meant than output of valves in Chongqing was improved slightly.
The competition in China’s valve market becomes sharper, stimulating China’s valve industry to develop indirectly. But some drawbacks still exist in China’s valve market. Most of China’s valve manufacturers are small and medium enterprises or family workshops, having backward technology and scattered production. What is more, valves manufactured in China have low quality which restricts advancements of China’s valve industry. In the future, regulating domestic valve market and establishing a health market environment are the priorities for China’s valve industry.
Facing with bright future of valve industry, China’s valve market will continue deepening reform, strengthening innovation, increasing the investment which has high technical content and establishing health environment, making contribute to China’s valve industry.
